Send the product, quantity, destination market and the stage you need covered, and we will reply with an inspection or testing plan and what it will cost. Inspections are quoted per order because scope depends on factory location, lot size and checkpoints. We coordinate in-process and pre-shipment checks performed by the executing inspection party, and coordinate buyer-designated third-party agencies and accredited (ISO 17025) laboratories where testing is required. We are not a testing laboratory and do not issue certificates or test reports in our own name.
What to include in your message
- Product and category, for example household goods, kitchenware, hardware and tools, stationery, toys, textiles and apparel, bags, jewellery and accessories, small appliances, or agricultural parts and consumables.
- Quantity and number of SKUs.
- Destination country and sales channel, such as Amazon, retail or wholesale.
- Which stage you need: supplier audit, during-production checks, pre-shipment inspection, loading supervision, or compliance testing coordination.
- The standards or AQL level you work to, if any. Our standard sampling follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 / ISO 2859-1 at Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0; stricter levels such as 0.65 or 1.0 are available on request.
- Your target ship date, so checkpoints can be scheduled before the final OQC.
What happens next
We confirm requirements within 1-3 days. Standards, AQL level and checkpoints are agreed in writing when the order is placed, before production or before the inspection date, so the scope is fixed in advance. Inspection reports are delivered digitally as PDFs with high-resolution photos, video, a defect list, corrective recommendations and re-inspection records. Where defects are found, you receive photos, video and a defect list within 24 hours; containment and a correction plan follow, and correction and re-inspection are targeted to complete within 48 hours to 7 days, subject to the factory's rework and the executing inspection party's re-inspection schedule. Buyers may also follow inspections by live video, and the final inspection report is sent to you for confirmation at least 3 days before shipment. Testing, where required, is arranged per product, per destination market, per batch; fees are paid by you directly to the laboratory, and laboratory reports are issued by the laboratory under its own report number. Certificates available upon request.
